Vanessa is from Cape Town South Africa where she was raised in the catering industry, as her mother was a very sucessful caterer and brilliant cook. From a young age Vanessa has enjoyed preparing lovely dishes and exploring cuisine of all kinds. In the UK, she worked in award winning restaurants and later started her own events & catering career in Cornwall.

 

Over the past 10 years in Cornwall, Vanessa has used her talent and flair for global food styles and tastes in creating fabulous dishes at events, shows, in her own restaurant and for private dinner parties as a private chef.

 

Now settled in Newport, Isle of Wight, Vanessa uses her passion for fine cuisine by making people happy with serving them fabulous food, delivered directly to their door.

She will work with you to create a wonderful menu and experience for you and your guests.
